For the fall, Kunstenfestivaldesarts, based in Brussels, has re-imagined their festival into three chapters each featuring various artists and modes of engagement. Every Inside has an Outside, the first chapter premiering in early September features both outdoor and indoor performances and installations while later chapters are online only or utilize spaces provided by partner institutions.
